Counselling with 4Cs

Counselling with 4Cs starts with a free assessment at a 4Cs Centre of your choice.  In the assessment we will discuss what issues you want to bring to counselling, confidentiality, your availability and familiarise you with the building.  It will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions

After the assessment, you will be allocated to a counsellor when one becomes available.  The counsellor will be matched to your availability.  Sessions will normally be an hour long.  We do not have a limit on the number of sessions you can have, this is entirely down to your and you counsellor to decide. 

We ask for a contribution of between £5 and £30 per session to cover our costs (rent, telephone, insurance, supervision etc) depending on your income and ability to pay.  This will be discussed at the assessment.
